CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note: House of Zhuzh requires a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a payment of 50% of your booked treatment. Further failure to pay this fee will unfortunately mean you won't be able to make another booking with us (this goes for no-shows also).
